Open the Learn tab, tap the gear at the top right to open Settings, then tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. Restoring is always free.

No. Pro is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep it, including new lessons and features added later. Nothing renews automatically.

Yes. Pro supports Family Sharing. If Purchase Sharing is on for your family group, family members can open the app and tap “Restore Purchases”.

This happens when Ask to Buy is on. Pro unlocks automatically as soon as the family organizer approves the request.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Cube Coach Pro.

3×3, 4×4 and 5×5 cubes with the standard color scheme: white opposite yellow, green opposite blue, red opposite orange. Most cubes sold today use this scheme.

• Scan in even, bright light. Avoid direct sunlight and reflections from a lamp.
• Hold the cube square to the camera so one face fills the frame.
• Red and orange are the easiest to mix up. Before you start, check the review screen and tap any sticker to fix it.
• You can always enter the colors by hand instead.

Usually one or two stickers were read or entered wrong. Check that each color appears the right number of times and that no two faces are swapped. If your cube was taken apart or had stickers peeled off and put back, a piece may be in a position that can't be reached by turning. Reassemble it in the solved state and try again.

The lessons and the coach use yellow on top and green in front. The coach tells you when to turn the whole cube, and the 3D view always shows how to hold it.

Yes. Lessons, the coach, scanning and the timer all work without a connection. You need to be online only to buy or restore Pro.

Cube Coach follows your iPhone's language. To use a different language just for this app, go to iOS Settings › Cube Coach › Language.
